Interscope Recording artists and native Memphian, Don Trip, will be at the Music Resource Center on Friday Sept 14th for a Q&A Session and meet-and-greet.

 "Letter to my Son" was the creative tour de force that launched Don Trip from the Memphis hip hop scene onto the national scene not long after its release on Youtube.  Having already collaberated with an A-list of stars such as Lil Wayne, Cee Lo Green, Wale, and Starlito, Trip is poised to be the next career hip hop artist out of Memphis, TN. 

The Memphis Music Foundation will moderate a discussion with Trip about how he launched his career, being an artist from Memphis and living in Memphis, as well as his recent collaberation with the legendary production team Cool and Dre for his "Help is on the Way" project, which articulates some of the angst and frustration of living during what has been dubbed the "Great Recession."
